Our take
For $76, this refurbished Acer Nitro is an incredible deal. The 200Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms response time make gameplay incredibly smooth, and the IPS panel provides vibrant colors and good viewing angles—much better than TN. FreeSync works perfectly with my AMD card. The 27-inch 1080p screen is fine for gaming, but text isn't as sharp as higher resolutions. Being refurbished, mine came in excellent condition, but YMMV. The stand is basic, and brightness is only 250 nits. If you want a fast IPS monitor on a tight budget, this is a winner.
